For the purpose of administrative-functional control and for performing functions by the appointed officers under the provisions of the Delhi Value Added Tax ACT & Rules, the arrangement of Blocks under Zone Ito X is made as under:
The figures/data for the financial year 2013-14 shall be the basis of the above distribution. 2. Further, in Zone 11 (KCS) where there will be 8 wards and in Zone 12 (Special Zone) the dealers will be bifurcated based on scale of activity and the nature of work undertaken. 3. The Additional Commissioner/Jt. Commissioner of concerned Zone shall make necessary arrangements for placing the VATO/AVATO and other staff according to requirements of blocks. Further, they shall also be free to create Blocks IX and X for any Special category of dealers within their respective zones. 4. The order shall come into effect from 1st June, 2014.
